At Boost 2 Drive, we do not tolerate abusive behaviour towards our staff, equipment, and other people we come into contact with (including road rage).
We are focused on your safety and training and respect the people we come into contact with and wish for the same towards our business and its staff.
Payment
Payment is required prior to commencement of the lesson.
Prices may be subject to change with sufficient warning where possible.
Packages may be purchased at the beginning of a lesson or by prior arrangement.
Any arrangement that is not paid prior to lessons commencing will incur an administration fee from $50 for the first time and may increase on each breach of agreement.
Any lessons cancelled or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will mean the lesson fee is still applicable, and all future lessons will be forfeited until all fees are up to date.
Prior approval (24 hours) is required for payments made after a driving lesson, and if the agreement is not kept then future lessons will be cancelled and may be subject to dishonourment fees and legal costs.

Payment for Boost 2 Drive lessons will be arranged via email or phone.
Lessons, Packages and Special Offers
Lessons, packages and special offers have time frames to be used, usually within 6 months of purchase. We will work with you should you think you may need longer. Check prior to purchase, as terms and conditions may change without notice.
Boost 2 Drive does not send reminders, so it is your responsibility.
Additional Costs
If we are working outside of our normal areas, then additional costs will be applied to accomodate accordingly. Any additional costs will be specified prior to lessons commencing, and charged at the normal hourly rate.
Refunds
Refunds are not permitted due to change of mind.
Refunds will only be authorised for genuine reasons, at the discretion of the management of Boost 2 Drive.
